Car Toys & Tint Olympia

We worked with Ian to have a new deck installed into our car. He did an amazing job answering questions, concerns, and communication was on point. He was fast and we are extremely happy. Definitely would recommend people to ask for him if they need a new stereo.

We recently made a significant upgrade to our truck. Car Toys staff was wonderful. In particular, Tim was very helpful and professional. Great job at a great price, and done quickly.

Took my car in to get all but the front windows tinted...service was good. The tint job, not so good. 2 of my windows had about an eighth of an inch gap from the tint to the top of the window. I called them, brought it in and showed them, they fixed it no problem. I just noticed on a different window that I have a wrinkle and bubbles at the very top, I waited a week, 7 full days to roll them down after the first tint was done, this will now be 3 times I have had to bring my car in to have the tint fixed as it was not done correctly or with care the first time. They also left all kinds of drips on the inside of my doors which was upsetting as it is a brand new car. I live 2.5 hours away so its an all day thing to have to keep bringing it back...to say I am not happy is an understatement.

I had a great experience at the Olympia Car Toys. My point of contact was Keoni, and he was great at explaining my options, and helping me through the process of replacing my old car radio / display with the newest technology. He assisted me after with all of the new buttons and options. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

Came in looking for a new in dash touchscreen radio. The tech Vince looked at our rig and immediately jumped into upsell mode. All wiring, plugs, modules, etc was there but he tried to convince us it all needed rewired, replaced, upgraded, etc all the the tune of $1500 for installing. We asked for a printed quote and he said they don't do that. We then went to Best Buy and got the same touchscreen installed and had it confirmed that all the necessary parts were there and they had us in and out in less than 90 minutes and under $500. No pressure sales, no vague claims, oh and they easily printed the quote. I'm sure the empty sales floor at this Car Toys is a direct reflection of the pressure sales and up selling. Rather than ensuring you provide what a customer wants and having them leave happy you try to make a quick buck off their hard earned money. Not a smart decision in this current financial climate. 0/10 would not recommend this place.
